Weekday daytime offer
$80/hour
- $80/hour Monday to Friday when your whole rental is between 9 AM and 6 PM
- 1-hour minimum for that weekday daytime offer
- Up to 75 guests, depending on the layout you choose
- Tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, speakers, TVs, parking and kitchenette access included
- Rentals of $250 or less are paid in full when you book; larger rentals reserve with a $250 deposit toward the total
Standard event rentals
Any rental outside the weekday 9 AM to 6 PM window.
- Evenings and other Monday to Thursday times: $90/hour
- Friday and Sunday: $100/hour · Saturday: $115/hour
- 4-hour minimum for standard event rentals
Open times book instantly online. One complimentary setup hour is included; extra setup or cleanup is booked as rental time. Each date is checked against our calendar, so overlapping bookings are never accepted.

Arranged with the included tables and chairs. Set it yourself during your setup hour.
Demo plus stations
Your demo table up front, student stations in rows behind.
Model day layout
Pairs of chairs at each table for practice on models.
Kit pickup table
A table near the entrance for check-in and kits.
Planning notes
- Bring ring lights, extension cords and all tools and products. Check outlet locations on a tour.
- Studio M is not a licensed salon and has no salon shampoo stations.
- Your students' certificates come from you or your academy, not Studio M.
