How many people fit for a seminar?

Up to 75 guests. Rows of chairs fit the most; tables reduce capacity.

Is there a microphone?

Speakers are included. If you need a specific microphone, bring it and test it on a tour or in your setup hour.

Can I host an evening seminar?

Yes. Evenings are standard rentals: $90/hour Monday to Thursday with a 4-hour minimum.

Rentals of $250 or less, like a three-hour weekday session ($240), are paid in full at checkout. Larger rentals reserve with a $250 non-refundable deposit applied to your total, with the balance due seven days before.

Open times book instantly online. One complimentary setup hour is included; extra setup or cleanup is booked as rental time. Each date is checked against our calendar, so overlapping bookings are never accepted.
