- Rental time includes setup, decorations, the event, breakdown, and cleanup.
- Maximum capacity is 75 guests.
- No smoking.
- No glitter or confetti.
- No nails or screws in walls.
- No unauthorized open flames or smoke machines.
- Outside catering is permitted.
- Alcohol restrictions apply.
- The renter must provide identification and be present during the event.
- The $250 booking deposit is non-refundable and applied toward the rental balance.
