  • Rental time includes setup, decorations, the event, breakdown, and cleanup.
  • Maximum capacity is 75 guests.
  • No smoking.
  • No glitter or confetti.
  • No nails or screws in walls.
  • No unauthorized open flames or smoke machines.
  • Outside catering is permitted.
  • Alcohol restrictions apply.
  • The renter must provide identification and be present during the event.
  • The $250 booking deposit is non-refundable and applied toward the rental balance.
