Weekday daytime offer
$80/hour
- $80/hour Monday to Friday when your whole rental is between 9 AM and 6 PM
- 1-hour minimum for that weekday daytime offer
- Up to 75 guests, depending on the layout you choose
- Tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, speakers, TVs, parking and kitchenette access included
- Rentals of $250 or less are paid in full when you book; larger rentals reserve with a $250 deposit toward the total
Standard event rentals
Any rental outside the weekday 9 AM to 6 PM window.
- Evenings and other Monday to Thursday times: $90/hour
- Friday and Sunday: $100/hour · Saturday: $115/hour
- 4-hour minimum for standard event rentals
Open times book instantly online. One complimentary setup hour is included; extra setup or cleanup is booked as rental time. Each date is checked against our calendar, so overlapping bookings are never accepted.

For a presentation followed by Q&A.
Partner tables
Lender, agent and inspector tables along the side for one-on-one questions.
Workshop tables
For worksheets and budgeting exercises.
Planning notes
- Weekday evenings and weekends are standard rentals with a 4-hour minimum.
- Print a sign-in sheet for follow-up.
- Offer light refreshments using the kitchenette.
